Superstore Team Leader content
About the role
We are currently looking for three Team Leaders to join our Retail, Services and Operations team to launch and manage our new Superstore in York.
The role of Superstore Team Leader involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of one of the departments of the superstore. This includes leading a team of employees (Superstore Assistants) and volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. You will lead by example and ensure that employees, volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate you have experience of managing people/volunteers including recruitment and development.
