Peer Support Worker – Upper Don Valley PCN area
Sheffield Mind is looking for a Peer Support Worker to work on The Peer Support Framework that has been co-produced with Experts by Experience and members of Synergy (Sheffield Mental Health Alliance). The aim is to ensure that everyone in the city has access to peer support in their community. Bringing your lived experience, you will have the desire to support and encourage others on their individual recovery journeys.
Working hours:
14 hours per week (2 days)
Salary:
£25,397 Pro Rata
