Recruitment – Y&C Programme Manager

Groundwork Greater Manchester is looking for a Youth & Communities Programme Manager to take on a role focused on operational management and delivery.

We are looking for a skilled Programme Manager with wide experience of youth and community work who can translate our vision into a detailed, actionable plan. You'll use your programme management expertise to oversee our project portfolio, secure new funding, and ensure our projects are delivered to the highest standard. What You'll Be Doing

Manage programme delivery: You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution and performance tracking, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Nurture our team: You'll be responsible for developing our passionate team, providing them with the support, resources, and development opportunities they need to meet project milestones and grow professionally.

Generate new business: Your role will be critical in identifying and developing new funding opportunities, contributing directly to the growth and sustainability of our programmes.

Who We're Looking For

You have substantial experience in the youth and communities’ field and are a detail-oriented, organised manager who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You have a passion for social and environmental change and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Salary: £33,949 - £38,564

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Location: Greater Manchester
