SUMMARY OF TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT – STORE MANAGER – NORTH WORLE SALARY: Annual salary - £29,515 per annum PENSION: HOLIDAY: SICK PAY: You will be auto enrolled into the Hospice Group Personal Pension Scheme provided by Scottish Widows subject to eligibility criteria. The minimum employee contribution will be 5% and the employer contribution will be 3%. If you have been a member of the NHS pension scheme and made contributions in the last 12 months, we may be able to transfer your membership (subject to eligibility criteria). 6.6 weeks (including bank holidays); rising to 7 weeks after 5 years and 7.6 weeks after 10 years.
