Aquatix Swimming Training in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic coach to lead the squads at one of our main venues here in Dubai. This a unique, opportunity to build a dynamic squad programme alongside a team of inspirational teachers and coaches.

As the Assistant Head Coach you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of teachers and coaches to develop further a buoyant and busy squad programme at one of our venues. You will have the opportunity to work with our current Head Coach to align objectives so all of our squad programmes have common goals.

You will be asked to oversee and to engage with the swimming teachers and coaches at the venue to help to ensure a seamless pathway from grassroots through to the performance squads. We encourage a positive and inclusive team culture built on mutual respect and collaboration.

We currently collaberate with the school PE Department supporting their curriculum and squad programme and we would expect you to be the voice for Aquatix in the school community. This would include squad and team selection, organising continuing professional development as required and being the liason for school and club events.

This is a chance to develop your coaching under our experienced Head Coach with the freedom to achieve success with your designated swimmers in the school teams and our Aquatix Squads at the venue.

Our swimmers come from across the globe and we have many attending national competitions at varying times of the year. This would require you to be flexible and to see challenges as an opportunity which allows you to tailor your programme for individual needs.
