Role details

Dates: 22–26 October 2025 (mainly Friday 24 – Sunday 26 October)
Commitment: Shifts of up to 4 hours, minimum of 2 shifts preferred
Compensation: Volunteer refreshments, festival t-shirt and tote bag
Benefits: Free festival pass

Role responsibilities

As a volunteer, you’ll play an important role in making sure audiences feel at home and events run smoothly. Tasks include:

Greeting audiences and being a friendly face of the festival
Staffing the festival desk and answering questions
Handing out and collecting feedback forms
Supporting screenings and events as needed

Person specifications

Aged 17+
Friendly, reliable and approachable
Interested in films and engaging with audiences
Comfortable in a public-facing role
Able to commit to at least two 4-hour shifts between 24–26 October
