Our focus is on empowering staff to deliver excellent end of life care. We ensure that our patient-to-staff ratio allows this. This enables the best outcomes for our patients and those important to them. Giving the nursing team the time needed to deliver excellent care, whilst also making nursing rewarding for those who are passionate about care but don’t seem to be given the time.
We are looking for experienced Bank Registered Nurses / Paramedics to deliver outstanding end of life care across our two sites in Pembury, Kent and Five Ashes in Sussex.

A starting £36,483 progressing to £38,483 after four years through our two gateways which are competence based, as you progress so does your salary.
