What Will You Be Doing?

• Ensuring Safety:Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.
• Promoting Rest:Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.
• Night Support:Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.
• Documentation:Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night
