We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and driven by purpose. Someone who knows that behind every number is a story—and behind every insight, an opportunity to improve lives.

Everyday you’ll lead on the delivery of qualitative research and analysis that informs strategy and service design. You’ll craft and share compelling insight packs that inform strategy and drive change.

You’ll actively collaborate across teams to uncover emerging needs, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for action. You’ll drive evidence-based impact through research and collaboration. This involves conducting literature reviews, conducting interviews, supporting strategic planning, and delivering high-quality research. Translating evidence into impactful decisions.

You’ll tackle rapid insight requests—digesting complex, unfamiliar topics at speed to guide decision-making.

If you're curious, fast-thinking, and driven by purpose, this is your chance to turn insight into impact. Your endeavour will help shape humanitarian efforts with insights that make a real difference. Apply now and help us turn insight into action at the British Red Cross.
