About Ufton
At Ufton, we know learning outside the classroom gives children the freedom to
flourish. We run experiential programmes that deep children’s knowledge and
connection to nature, history and the self. Our team of skilled educators know
how to make learning fun and bring out the best in all children, whatever their
needs and whoever they are. We give children a safe space to learn about
themselves and see everything in a new light, helping them grow up more
confident, curious and capable.

Office Volunteer Info
As an office volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to:

•  Work alongside a friendly and dedicated team of staff and volunteers in a

warm, historic setting.

•  Learn new admin and customer service skills, including using our booking

systems (full training provided).

•  Help create a smooth, welcoming experience for visiting schools and

groups — making their Ufton journey start with a smile.

•  Enjoy tea, cake and good conversation in our beautiful office tucked inside
a Tudor manor, all while playing a part in something truly meaningful.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Volunteer to give around 4–6 hours a
week to support our work. You'll help us by:

•  Processing bookings
•  Being a warm, welcoming voice on the phone
•  Supporting schools to ensure they have an amazing experience with us

You'll need to be confident using the phone, comfortable with Microsoft Office,
and happy to learn our systems (full training provided!).

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and a heart
for Ufton’s mission of changing children’s lives through adventure, history and
learning.

As part of our team, you’ll also join us for cake, conversations and the chance to be
part of Ufton Court’s living history. Come and share in our vibrant community —
