Location: Trowbridge , BA14  (Just a 3min Drive From Trowbridge Train Station)Hours: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shiftSetting: 4 residents – 2 males and 2 females, aged 30s to 50sSupport Needs: Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), PEG feeding, suction, epilepsy (managed with medication)Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Automatic Friendly)

Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for caring and energetic Support Workers to join our team in BA14, supporting four incredible individuals with complex needs in a warm, person-centred environment.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Using hoists and supporting wheelchair users confidently
  • Assisting with PEG feeding and suction for two individuals
  • Preparing meals and administering medication
  • Supporting individuals in daily routines, activities, and outings
  • Working closely with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Shift Patterns

We offer a range of shifts to suit different lifestyles:

  • Day Shifts:7am – 4pm / 4pm – 10pm
  • Long Day Sleeps:9am – 9am the following day (Includes Sleep-In)
  • Sleep-In Shifts:10pm – 7am

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Support Workers who are:

  • Enthusiastic and outgoing, with a positive mindset
  • Hardworking and reliable, with good timekeeping
  • Team players, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Comfortable swimming and engaging in active support
  • Confident drivers (automatic licence preferred)

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential—we’re looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others.
