Join the Team at Together Church – Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of Together Church. This role is central to helping our ministries flourish.

Details:

Location: Together Church, St James Road, Torquay

Hours: 20 hours/week (flexible across 3–4 days)

Salary: £25,500–£26,500 (pro-rata)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Deadline: Thursday 17th October at 12 midday

Role Overview:

You’ll provide essential admin support to staff, elders, and volunteers, manage communications, coordinate events, and help create a welcoming environment for all who connect with us.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong admin and IT skills

• Is emotionally aware and relational

• Can work flexibly and independently

• Shares our heart for mission and discipleship
