Catalyst is looking for a keen Business Support Officer (BSO) to enable many aspects of our work to run smoothly.

The BSO will have responsibility for supporting much of the day-to-day work, which enables Catalyst to run smoothly. This includes support for Board meetings, looking after our building and tenants, and managing a team of volunteers who make weekly check-in calls to people who are socially isolated in Stockton-on-Tees.

This is a varied role which will give you experience of how a local charity is run, coming into day-to-day contact with all members of the team, the Board, the CEO, and colleagues across the VCSE sector. The role will be busy and enjoyable, and will provide an excellent experience for a career in the VCSE sector.
