Main Purpose
To deliver an efficient maintenance support service to the business whilst providing a high level of administrative support to the Property Admin Manager and leading a team of three administrators.
Key Duties
Supervising and Managing
Supervising Maintenance Administrator, Purchase Order Administrator and Utilities Administrator to ensure daily deliverables are met
Manage the priority of the incoming repairs and update the Property Admin Manager of any issues
Liaise with the Maintenance Team Leader with regards to daily repairs and issues arising
Support Team with ongoing training and development to ensure a multi skilled team
Planning
Ensure the Maintenance team’s schedule is planned methodically with priorities in mind
Liaise with Maintenance Team Leader to ensure stock is ordered and received in line with demand
Communication
Maintain high levels of communication with the departments internal and external customers
Communicate directly across multiple platforms with Landlords, Letting Agents & Contractors to ensure property repairs are being dealt with in a timely manner
Other Duties
Attend meetings, and training as and when required
Attend, 1-1s, supervisions and appraisals as required.
Adhere to all TH’s policies, processes and procedures particularly, but not exclusively, health & safety, confidentiality, safeguarding and equal opportunities.
Perform any other such duties as may, from time to time, be required to further the aims of the organisation and as directed by the manager.
