Location: Kings Hill-based (Kent) or London-based with hybrid working (An expectation of minimum 1 day per week in the office, may be higher during probation period)
Salary: c £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience

We’re looking for a talented DEIB Programme Lead to join our People Team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do
At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Programme Lead you too will play an integral part in what we do.
As our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Programme Lead you will:
- Lead and manage DEIB projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met
- Advise on and implement DEIB strategy, embedding inclusive practices across all levels of the organisation
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups and employee networks to support DEIB initiatives
- Develop tools and frameworks to measure progress against DEIB objectives and produce regular reports for senior leadership
- Facilitate inclusive conversations, workshops and listening sessions to foster engagement and gather insights
- Review and update policies through a DEIB lens, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in DEIB, and HR, organisational development or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience leading DEIB initiatives in a complex organisation
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence facilitating and influencing at all levels
- Knowledge of UK equality legislation and inclusive HR practices
- Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to continuous professional development in DEIB
