Salary: £23,100 – £27,340 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 35 per week 

Location: Wimbledon (with 2 days office based and 3 days based at home) 

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a People & Resourcing Administrator to join the People & Culture team and help us deliver an exemplary service to our stakeholders.

Working alongside the People team, the People & Resourcing Administrator will provide a generalist HR/Resourcing Administration service across the charity. With a primary emphasis on Resourcing, you will work closely with our operational teams to attract candidates and on-board them in line with our internal policies and practices. There will also be opportunities to provide a more generalist administration service within the People team.

If you have experience of working within a busy HR environment and are motivated by providing an efficient and effective service, we would love to hear from you.

You’ll have excellent organisational and system skills, with knowledge of HR best practice and a desire and drive to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Excellent customer service skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work within a confidential environment are key to this role.

The post will be based at Cranstoun’s Head Office in Wimbledon. There will be a requirement and expectation to attend the office 2 days per week. The role will include elements of homeworking.

This role is subject to a Standard DBS.
