Specific Roles Responsibility Fundraising and Development Organiser Part-time: 2 days per week Salary: £37,806 per year pro rata inclusive of London Weighting pro rata or £33,806 per year pro rata if based in Sheffield.

Key responsibilities

Fundraising & Income Generation

● Secure income annually from trusts, foundations, and other sources. ● Manage relationships with major donors and explore new funding opportunities. ● Lead public fundraising campaigns and develop new income streams with the Finance & Fundraising sub-group ● Collaborate with the team to develop Communications and Fundraising Strategies.

Grant Management

● Liaise with funders and donors. ● Coordinate and submit grant reports, track deadlines, and ensure compliance. ● Liaise with the Delivery team in the inception, development and delivery of funded projects ● Work with the Operations Organiser to develop grant budgets and monitor allocations.

Strategy

● Host and monitor the development of the organisational strategy, and associated business plan ● Write and implement an organisational fundraising strategy

Scaling and Communications

● Chair the Strategy, Scaling and Communications sub-group, supporting organisational growth and promotion decisions. ● Produce a quarterly newsletter for subscribers. ● Produce and acquire digital assets for the organisation to support promotion decisions and visibility of the organisation ● Maintain and update website regularly ● Identify and develop opportunities for expanding Xenia into new areas. ● Build strategic partnerships at local and national levels at in-person at events.

Evaluation & Monitoring

● Lead impact measurement and learning processes with support from the Delivery Team.

External & Public Relations

● Build strategic relationships within the sector. ● Represent Xenia through blogs, conference talks, and sector discussions
