We are looking for passionate people with a range of experiences and perspectives to join our Board and help us continue to strive for social change. Through our change and development work, research and evaluation and best practice resources, we help organisations rethink what’s possible and turn it into sustainable change that leads to better lives.
About you
You don’t need boardroom experience. What matters most is your belief in inclusion and social justice. We’re looking for people who reflect the richness of our communities, especially those with lived experience. Whether you're a seasoned professional or someone whose insight comes from life itself, your voice matters here.
We are looking to attract a number of new Board Members who can play different roles in helping us. Some of the areas of areas of experience we’re keen to build as a wider board include:
- Strategic HR and organisational development
- Financial insight and strategic thinking
- Research and evaluation
- Reach and influence

How to apply
We’re recruiting several new Board Members and are running a rolling recruitment process to support this.
- The first deadline for expressions of interest is 6 October 2025, with opportunities to discuss your experience (if shortlisted) online on 21 or 22 October.
- A second deadline follows on 3 November 2025, with online conversations taking place on 18 November.
We may introduce further deadlines and interview dates if needed, and we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible if you're interested.
