Job Description

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness agencies and the wider housing with health, care and support sector in England. With over 700 members, we work to improve services and campaign for policy change that will help end homelessness and ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it. In-Form, developed by Homeless Link on the Salesforce platform, is the UK’s leading client relationship and service management solution.

We currently have a vacancy for a Software Tester to join our Product Team. The successful candidate will work with the In-Form Release Manager and Quality Assurance Lead to test all new and updated functionality in the In-Form product, as well as testing key pieces of functionality built for specific customers. This involves the writing and execution of test cases, contributing to the improvement of our testing processes and troubleshooting potential bugs. Candidates should have at least 1 years experience as a Software Test Engineer, QA Engineer or similar, which will include testing user interfaces and creating test cases, along with experience of testing on the Salesforce platform and working as part of an agile development team.
