Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League are looking for a full time Cleaning Operative to support the day to day running of its operations across all properties in the Club’s portfolio. The vacancies will be based at the Clayton Wood Training Ground, but you may also be required to work at the bet365 Stadium, the Academy Dome and other facilities as needed.
The successful applicant will work with a busy, friendly team cleaning all aspects of the training ground including changing rooms, offices and external areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations such as manual handling, ladder use and COSHH are always adhered to.
- Carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard while adhering to cleaning schedules, company processes and policies.
- Using a variety of cleaning equipment both inside and outside.
Key Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
- Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Professional and well presented at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focussed approach.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable.
The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
The positions will be offered on a full time basis. All relevant training will be provided.
