FWAG SW is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Farm Environment Adviser to join its Somerset team which consists of 26 people including Advisers, Community Natural Flood Management (NFM) Advisers, Facilitators and Project Managers. You will have a broad range of skills and experience including practical experience, either on farm or in a nature conservation setting and can engage and facilitate with our farmer and landowners and an ability to engage and facilitate with our farmers and landowners and who is approachable and trustworthy and has strong interpersonal skills.
