To build positive and effective relationships with customers, partners and colleagues 2) To assist in the delivery of high-quality events 3) To assist in setting up equipment for events and activities 4) To assist effective stock management processes 5) To prepare, take orders and serve food & beverages 9) To ensure both opening and closing checklists are completed 10) To ensure till and cash handling is in accordance with financial procedures shown in training 11) To operate in accordance with the Trust’s compliance policies relating to Health and safety, Equal opportunities and customer care 12) To undertake the duties, as required by the line manager or the Head of Service and any other duties, which may from time to time be requested 13) Attend Meeting & Training (Health & Safety, Fire Procedures) General responsibilities: In addition to the main duties and responsibilities identified for this post, every employee has a number of general responsibilities: 14) To wear the uniform provided at all times 15) To adopt a high standard of customer care at all times.
