    We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Health Care Assistants to join our In-Patient Unit (IPU) team. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced candidates who are looking for a rewarding role where they are able to provide high quality patient & family focused care within a supportive environment.

    About You:
    A successful Health Care Assistant will have:
    • Previous experience in a caring role
    • A recognised caring qualification
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
    • Flexibility to work across both the community and IPU teams

    We are based in Farnham, Camberley and Guildford, and provide bespoke, compassionate palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness, across West Surrey and North-East Hampshire.
