About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy property company based in Golders Green. This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital part of a small, close-knit team where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar role, with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of tasks. Experience within the property sector would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Director’s inbox and calendar, ensuring effective prioritisation and organisation.

• Support with legal, compliance, and administrative documentation.

• Assist with property-related tasks and liaise with key stakeholders as required.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office and act as the first point of contact.

• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Contribute to wider areas of the business as needed, showing flexibility and initiative.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–5 years’ experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar support role.

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Sharp, articulate, and confident communicator with strong people skills.

• Capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

• Hard-working, proactive, and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.

• Previous experience within the property sector (desirable but not essential).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero / Accounting and general IT systems.
