We work with our trusted local partners to help people survive the consequences of conflict and disaster, to thrive and rebuild their lives. We deliver programmes using our expertise, with urgency to achieve maximum and sustainable impact for those within and beyond our community. UK Programmes Following a successful Emergency campaign to support Syrian Refugees in 2015 World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK. STEP aims to improve integration for refugees and people who have experienced forced migration support though a targeted employment programme that addresses the complex barriers they face in preparing for, and ultimately finding, work in the UK.
