Who will you be supporting?

The Gentleman has a learning disability, not able to verbally communicate and is Autistic requiring full support with personal care, preparing meals, every day home tasks and requires continual 1:1 support when he is at home. 

What is important to him? 

This gentlemen loves to attend to day centre all week, and when he comes home he likes to relax to watch TV

He prefers to be at home and doesn't like to do any other activities. He likes to spend with his family, and it's very important he has a calm environment. 

He likes to be respected and he is very routine led, he is not looking for someone to change his routine, he wants someone to understand and respect his choices.

He is very affectionate and likes to feel safe and connected
