IOM3 is the leading membership organisation for the materials, minerals and mining sectors. This new role will provide administrative support to the Membership Process and Membership Development teams, as well as to the Director of Membership. It will also oversee the management of the Grantham office, ensuring a clean, safe, modern and welcoming environment for our staff, learners and guests.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Membership

  • Support the membership onboarding and subscriptions processes including arrangements for dealing with sanctioned and lapsed members and renewals
  • Support finance processes including those relating to reciprocal agreements and bulk invoicing
  • Update information on the Member Database and produce reports as required
  • Management of membership subscriptions enquiries

Licensed activity

  • Support the management of scrutineering, professional review interviews and CPD audit
  • Update information on internal and external databases and produce reports as required
  • Carry out due diligence checks with support from the Head of Membership

General

  • This role is based in Grantham, 4 days per week (Fridays working remotely)
  • Management of the Grantham office building
  • Working with the Business Support Team in London to support onsite at events in Grantham for example, rooms layouts, catering etc team events.
  • Other duties appropriate to the role and other IOM3 activities that from time to time may be necessary
