Rydym yn chwilio am Gydlynydd Ymgysylltu (Treftadaeth) i ymuno â'n prosiect Cronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol, Ein Gorffennol, Eu Dyfodol.
Fel y Cydlynydd Ymgysylltu (Treftadaeth), byddwch yn chwarae rhan hanfodol yn casglu hanesion llafar rhieni pobl ag anabledd dysgu, a rhieni ag anabledd dysgu. Ochr yn ochr â grŵp o wirfoddolwyr a staff y prosiect, byddwch hefyd yn curadu ac yn dehongli'r hanesion llafar mewn arddangosfa a fydd yn teithio o gwmpas Cymru yn ail hanner y prosiect.
Swydd ran-amser tymor penodol yw hon (20 awr yr wythnos) hyd at 31 Mawrth 2028. Er y gall y rôl fod yn seiliedig ar y cartref pan nad ydych chi allan yn casglu straeon, mae disgwyl i chi dreulio un diwrnod yr wythnos yng nghanolfan Mencap Mon yn Llangefni. Bydd disgwyl hefyd i chi deithio'n helaeth o amgylch Cymru. Mae trwydded yrru ddilys a mynediad i'ch car eich hun yn hanfodol ar gyfer y rôl hon.
Bydd eich cyfrifoldebau’n cynnwys:
- Recriwtio a chasglu hanesion llafar rhieni ledled Gogledd Cymru, gan gynnwys rhannau o Ogledd Ceredigion a Gogledd Powys.
- Recriwtio a gweithio gyda gwirfoddolwyr i ddylunio a dehongli'r arddangosfa deithiol mewn partneriaeth â staff eraill y prosiect.
- Sefydlu perthynas waith gref yn fewnol ac yn allanol gyda Phartneriaid Rhwydwaith Mencap, cydweithwyr a'r amgueddfeydd sy'n cynnal yr arddangosfeydd.
- Cefnogi cyfranogwyr drwy'r broses ganiatâd a gofal ôl-gyfweliad (os oes angen).

Are you passionate about heritage and supporting people with a learning disability and their families to have their voices heard and their experiences valued?
We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator (Heritage) to join our National Lottery Heritage Fund project, Our Past, Their Future.
As the Engagement Coordinator (Heritage), you will play a vital role collecting the oral histories of the parents of people with a learning disability, and parents with a learning disability. Alongside a group of volunteers and project staff you will also curate and interpret the oral histories into an exhibition which will travel around Wales in the second half of the project.
This is a part- time fixed-term position (20 hours per week) till 31 March 2028. Whilst the role can be home-based when not out collecting stories, there is an expectation to spend one day a week at the Mencap Mon hub in Llangefni. There will also be the expectation for extensive travel around Wales. A valid driving license and access to your own car are essential for this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and collection of oral histories of parents across North Wales, including parts of North Ceredigion and North Powys.
- Recruiting and working with volunteers to design and interpret the travelling exhibition in partnership with other project staff.
- Establishing a strong working relationship internally and externally with Mencap Network Partners, colleagues and the museums hosting the exhibitions.
- Supporting participants through the consent process and post-interview aftercare (if required).
What We’re Looking For
- The ability to communicate fluently in Welsh, written and verbal.
- Previous experience working on heritage projects
- The ability to communicate effectively through written and face to face contact
- A track recording delivering creative projects on time and within budget
- Excellent judgement and troubleshooting skills
- An interest and desire to know more about learning disability
- Someone with a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
