Role: People Shared Services Team Leader
Location: Eyre Court, Lincoln
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – Onsite
About the role:
The People Shared Services Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of a team of HR Shared Service and Onboarding Coordinators. This role ensures that high-volume people operational processes, including onboarding, employment checks, contracts, changes, and general employee queries, are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with employment law and sector regulations.
This role plays a key part in delivering a responsive, customer-focused people service that supports frontline care delivery and regulatory compliance.
About you:
- The post holder will have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues.
- Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Able to recognise and respect the contributions of other staff and act supportively.
- Must be able to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills in the English language
- GSCE Pass level or equivalent in English and Maths
- CIPD Level 3 (or willing to work towards)
- Competent using Microsoft Office including Excel
- Knowledge of people policies and procedures as well as employment law.
- Previous experience of working in a busy HR Administration or Shared Service Environment.
- Understanding of people systems and processes and how they can be deployed within a business
