Worcester College is seeking to appoint a Learning Development Officer for a period of five years from 1st January 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
A core responsibility of the role will be the design and provision of study skills training for students at all levels, but the postholder will also be encouraged to contribute meaningfully to the promotion of a more inclusive learning and teaching environment in the College. The College’s goal is to nurture an environment which gives equal access to student success, and the Learning Development Officer will play a key role in this process.
