Job Title: Pastoral/Attendance Officer

Salary: Band F14 £29,540 (Actual £14,051)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Working Pattern: 21 hours, 38 weeks

About You:
The Wroughton Academies are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral/Attendance Officer to join our caring and committed team. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people - building strong relationships, promoting well-being, and helping every student succeed. We’re looking for someone proactive, approachable, and resilient, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
Experience of working with children in an educational setting
Understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
