Morthyng Group Limited – based in Rugby at our Rugby Town FC football academy.

The successful applicant will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the study programme. The role includes working with young people to identify and agree their learning plan, monitor attendance, mentoring, coaching and sourcing placements.

Salary: £29,342.50 per annum, Pro-rata for part time

The successful applicant should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.

This is a full time post – however part time or term time only may be considered
