About the job – An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Housing Services in Wandsworth. The service offers 30 units of accommodation across five sites, together with a floating support service that helps residents make a smooth transition into independent living and provides ongoing support to individuals within the community who require additional assistance.
This role will operate across different levels of supported housing, including a flexible threshold unit that adopts a harm reduction approach and delivers community-based support tailored to individual needs.
