Production Assistant
Rambert is seeking an organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our dynamic Producing team. This role sits at the heart of our artistic programme, supporting the creation and touring of world-class productions across the UK and internationally.
You will play a vital role in supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of projects, including:
- Large-scale touring productions, such as Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby
- Upcoming new creations for Rambert’s 2025/26 season
- Special projects marking Rambert’s centenary year
- Performances and rehearsals at our Southbank home and on tour
The purpose of this role is to provide essential administrative and practical support to the Producing team. This includes coordinating production schedules, liaising with venues and partners, supporting rehearsals and performances, and assisting with the logistics of touring and special projects. You will be a key point of contact for artists, technical staff, and creative collaborators, ensuring that Rambert productions are delivered to the highest standard on stage and on screen.

Conditions of Employment
Contract Type and Length
This is a full-time eighteen (18) month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension, subject to organisational needs and future production planning.
Location
Rambert Studios, London, UK, with some travel required for rehearsals and touring.
Salary
£27,000 per annum.
Accountable to
The Director of Producing.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm, with some evenings, weekends, and touring commitments as required.
