An exciting opportunity has become available to join our large, experienced six-vet team, including a registered specialist in equine surgery, in a well-established racetrack and hospital-based practice in metropolitan Adelaide.

The Role

This full-time position offers a diverse and rewarding caseload including:
• Care and management of hospitalised patients
• Equine anaesthesia
• Lameness investigations and performance horse work
• Diagnostic imaging (digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy)
• Some ambulatory racetrack and pleasure horse work

The role is suitable for veterinarians with some equine experience, but we also welcome new graduates seeking a structured and supportive entry into equine practice — including at intern level.

• Hospital stabling for up to 10 horses

What You’ll Need

• BVSc or equivalent veterinary degree
• Eligibility for registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia
• A passion for equine health and client care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
