The Role
You will be based in Hull and will deliver high quality support to individuals who have a learning disability and /or autism. - Keep up to date, accurate and professional recordings of support delivery
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals involved in clients support
- Work flexibly as part of the staff rota to ensure safe staffing levels are met (five days out of seven)
