Our Mechanic role:
We’re looking for responsible, efficient, and skilled Mechanic to maintain, repair, and ensure the smooth running of all mechanical equipment for our hotel, estate grounds, and Championship Links Golf Course. Reporting to our Head Mechanic, you’ll be essential for ensuring team, guests, and members experience a safe, comfortable, and compliant environment and experience the best of what life at Another Place – The Machrie offers.
As our Mechanic you’ll be:
- Performing regular maintenance and repair on all golf course equipment including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, company owned assets and small engines.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues with equipment and carrying out repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Developing and implementing a digital preventative maintenance schedule to reduce equipment downtime and prolong the life of company assets.

We’re looking for an organised, approachable and student-focused Academic and Student Support Officer to join our Academic Office at St Antony’s College. Reporting to the Academic Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their time at the College and ensuring the smooth delivery of academic and examination-related administration.
About the role
The Academic and Student Support Officer provides high-quality administrative support to current students and works closely with colleagues across the College and the University. The role sits within the Academic Office, which supports students across the full student lifecycle, from admissions and pre-arrival communication through to graduation. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing and further developing the smart technologies deployed to those who use Leuchie services. They will be responsible for helping those who use Leuchie services, and their carers try out new smart technologies and learn more about assistive and accessible possibilities with technologies they already own.

- Research, set up, test, install, and maintain smart technologies.

Biology Lab Technician - Maternity Cover
Join us as a full time Biology Lab Technician and you'll be joining a friendly, professional team of Lab Techs and Teachers across Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Combined Science in a well-equipped department.
Biology is a well-established and successful subject at the Royal Grammar School, Guildford. It is compulsory up to the Fifth Form (Year 11) when all pupils take the Edexcel IGCSE examination and we typically have between 60 and 70 pupils studying Biology in the Sixth Form.
