Main duties of the job
Person Centred - Prepare person-centred support plans with clients which reflect their views and aspirations and respect their beliefs and opinions, reviewing and amending them as necessary and considering the client’s changing needs and wishes.

Reporting directly to the Working Chargehand, you will be responsible for ensuring VHA’s assets are maintained to agreed standards of service delivery.
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of a range of building safety, caretaking and handyperson services. You will be allocated tasks of a varied nature according to your skill set which will include but won’t be limited to minor joinery, plumbing and maintenance works, painting and other minor works across our housing complexes, care homes and offices.

Talbot House Children’s Charity are looking to recruit an additional Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Reporting to the Premises Manager, the role forms part of a team of three Maintenance Operatives. The Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining the Charity’s internal and external premises to an exceptionally high standard. This includes carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, while ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures. Hours of Work: 39 hours per week,
Salary: £12.21 per hour
(plus £62 per night sleep-in rate)

The Hepatitis C Trust runs national projects where peers draw on their lived experience of drug use and hepatitis C to support others. We are now recruiting for a role to join our Bristol & Severn team for a fixed term of 12 months.
As part of an experienced team, this role will promote hepatitis C awareness, blood borne virus testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C. The role will support volunteer peers and increase the project’s reach to underserved communities. You’ll be providing vital harm reduction interventions including needle, syringe and naloxone provision across Bristol & Severn.

About you
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Support Officer to join our existing team within the facilities management business in Blackpool. The successful candidates will provide pro-active and re-active facilities building maintenance. Other duties will include security, porterage and car park traffic management services to clients within a named EWFM property.
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be an integral part of the team providing a first class maintenance service to our client at Whitegate Drive Health Centre. Safety and compliance encompasses all aspects of the role, you need to be methodical, organised and have a good set of DIY skills. You will be approachable, confident with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team.
The hours are 37.5 per week, over a 7 day rotation - between the hours of 7am and 11pm
You will be required to undertake SIA training and obtain an SIA licence, this will be provided and funded by the business
