This is a part time role for 24 hours per week, this covers gym floor hours to support you to grow your Personal training hours on top of this.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Extra Care Team as we prepare to open a new scheme in Hunstanton, you will be joining the team before the scheme opens in August 2026.
Prior to Lavender View opening, you will be able to visit our other extra care schemes and start building strong relationships with our other partners. There will be an element of working from home and the scheme before it is completed for opening. You will be involved in viewings of the show apartment, nominations panels, assessments of people referred to the service, marketing events and developing local knowledge which will help support Lavender View to become a vibrant community when we open.
More about your role
You will take an active role to engage with residents to promote safe and secure independent living, ensuring an engaging vibrant environment to reduce isolation. Providing advice on rent and service charges, assisting with benefits claims and supporting customers with their financial needs. You will work with the internal Places for People income recovery team to reduce rent arrears. You will be assisting in compliance.
Travel within local geographical areas will be required.

More about you
It is essential that you have experience/knowledge of housing management, social care and/or wellbeing of Retirement/Extra Care living services. You will possess good computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to build great relationships with customers, partners and colleagues is required. It is important that you have a good mix of ‘team player' attributes but also the ability to work effectively using your own initiative; as there will, be an element of lone working. You will also have an awareness of Health & Safety.
The ideal applicant will have experience of all aspects of housing management including manging anti-social behaviour and challenging situations.
A driving license and own car for business use is preferred for this role.

Job Description Post: Women’s Wellbeing Coach (Female adults) Responsible to: Women’s Services Contract Manager Responsible for: Delivering person centred and trauma informed women’s support Hours: Salary: Location: Holiday: Part-time – 28 hrs per week £13.40 per hour, payable monthly Northamptonshire – based in Northampton Women’s Centre 28 days pro rata + bank and statutory holidays SUMMARY You will be part of a multi-agency team providing person-centred support focusing on addressing a range of issues faced by service users either referred to us from Probation or other services. Interventions will be delivered in 1-1’s and in small groups, focussing on addressing the following: • Families and significant others • Lifestyles and Associates • Social Inclusion • Emotional Wellbeing • Accommodation • Finance, Benefit and Debt • Dependency and Recovery • Employment Training and Education Key Deliverables • Provide person-centred support to a caseload of service users who will be female adults aged 18 years and above, at any stage of the criminal justice system. After an independent safeguarding review of performance programmes, we established the wellbeing and protection Committee in 2023. This subcommittee of the board represents Scottish Gymnastics regarding child protection, safeguarding, and athlete wellbeing.
The wellbeing and protection committee will provide advice and guidance on all safeguarding matters ensuring practical, strategic, and operational support to deliver Scottish Gymnastics’ safeguarding strategic objectives.
Due to the resignation of a member, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual from our membership to join our wellbeing and protection Committee. This role is open to anyone with a strong commitment to child protection, safeguarding, and athlete wellbeing. In particular, we warmly welcome applications from members of the gymnast community, especially those who have faced challenges and can share their lived experience to help shape and improve safeguarding practices. Forward Trust is seeking a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Integrated Substance Misuse Service at HMP Send, a female training prison. Our service operates within an integrated health and well-being framework to provide tailored support for individuals with drug and alcohol issues.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver both psychosocial and clinical interventions, including the intensive 12-step abstinence-based treatment programme, Footsteps in Recovery (formerly RAPt Women’s Substance Dependence Treatment Programme – WSDTP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload, providing advice, guidance, and structured care plans.
- Conduct assessments, deliver 1:1 sessions, and facilitate group therapy.
- Deliver the intensive 12-step programme through group therapy, assignment reviews, workshops, step lectures, and individual counselling.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies to support release planning and community reintegration.
- Contribute to organisational and service targets set by Forward and local commissioners.
- Commit to and complete the Drug and Alcohol Workforce Development Programme (DAWFDP), a 12-month structured professional development programme aligned with the OHID capability framework.
Essential Criteria:
- Thorough knowledge of and commitment to the 12-step recovery process.
- Experience providing counselling to prisoners or individuals with drug or alcohol problems.
- Experience working in a 12-step primary care programme.
- Skilled in CBT and motivational counselling techniques.
- Experienced in conducting assessments and designing SMART care plans.
- Possession of a recognised counselling qualification, or ongoing attendance on a recognised counselling course.
Desirable:
- Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

This role requires prison vetting. Candidates should be aware that prison vetting processes can take several weeks or longer and may affect the start date.

As a family support worker, you will be integral to the overall DART service, supporting males with specific needs, reconnection of family ties, impact of offending behaviours and substance use. As part of a passionate team, you'll be — working face-to-face with males, young people, families, and professionals in with custody and community facilitating support, information and advice, clinical healthcare, probation, social services and education.

- Promoting recovery and raising awareness of substance use throughout establishment and community
- Supporting men with recovery through both individual and partnership working to improve their mental health, physical wellbeing, and resilience
