We are looking to recruit an efficient, organised and reliable cleaner/house keeper to maintain given areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You will comply with specific hospice policies and procedures maintaining particular regard to cleanliness, tidiness, infection control, health and safety and patient comfort.
To succeed in this role
- You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- It is essential for the post holder to be flexible to meet the demands of the department and to cover additional hours, annual leave and sickness (which may include other evenings, weekends or bank holidays).
- You will need previous cleaning experience. Experience of cleaning in a similar healthcare environment would also be desirable i.e. Hospital / Nursing home, however, full training will be given to the right candidate.

GRADUATE ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION About the School Cargilfield was founded in 1873 and is the oldest preparatory school in Scotland. About the Role
Are you an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for additional bank hours, working in our friendly Hospice at Home team? The Hospice at Home team provides care for patients with any life-limiting condition in their own homes. Support can be provided throughout a 24hr period, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our amazing team provide quality specialist palliative care by addressing the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and their carer’s.
Ideally you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working as a Health Care Assistant professional, providing support to frail/ infirm clients or people with life-limiting illnesses
- Evidence of working independently without direct supervision
- Experience of patient care in a community/ care home/ hospital setting
- Experience of caring for patients with a range of life-limiting illnesses would be desirable
- Commitment to undertake training as appropriate for the role i.e. basic life support, manual handling, medicines management etc

We are looking for new team members to join our friendly team from February. Gain experience in a varied museum environment, delivering great customer service whilst working in both retail and catering. We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, creative applicants who are good with people and able to use their initiative and prepared to muck in.
This role would suit students looking for a part-time job around their studies. Please note applicants must be over 17 years old.

Stevenage FC Foundation are looking to recruit a Kickstart Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team…
The Marketing and Communications Assistant will have a particular focus on digital activity and the implementation of the agreed content and communications plan for the Foundation. This will also involve support with its digital, social media and written publications. The role will be to support both the marketing and communications departments in driving content, media and digital initiatives across multiple platforms to drive awareness, engagement and positive perception.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, distributing, and developing relevant and engaging content for the Foundation across all media formats (written, imagery and video) to maximise engagement with all audiences supporting the overarching objectives of the Club’s digital strategy
- Supporting the Foundation team with written coverage of the Foundation’s many projects and programmes
- Supporting the Foundation team with ensuring social media content is consistently and proactively distributed across the Foundation’s many social media channels
- Leading on the creation of regular e-newsletters using the Foundation’s MailChimp account to communicate offers, news and opportunities.
