Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practitioner to join our dedicated team working across our safe accommodation service. This role focuses on providing specialised support to women who have experienced domestic abuse and are living with the impact of the trauma they have experienced. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering trauma-informed care, promoting recovery, and empowering women to rebuild their lives in a safe, supportive environment through both one to one and group interventions. Our safe accommodation service offers holistic, person-centred approaches to ensure residents feel heard, respected, and empowered. The successful applicant will embody the Pdap values and keep the client at the heart of everything they do. Key Responsibilities 1. Direct support and interventions • • • • Provide one-to-one trauma informed interventions Help women rebuild and strengthen their self-esteem and emotional wellbeing Support women in understanding the impact of domestic abuse and provide practical tools to support recovery. Signpost to specialist services when applicable. 2. Facilitating Group Activities • • • Design and facilitate a regular programme of group activities aimed at building confidence, skills, and emotional wellbeing. Promote peer support, personal development, and recovery through workshops on topics such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, assertiveness, and life skills. Encourage participation and co-production by involving women in planning and leading group sessions where appropriate. 3. Individual Support • • • • Hold a small, manageable caseload and provide responsive, ad hoc support as needed. Conduct holistic, trauma-informed assessments, support plans and safety planning. Young Peoples Practitioner - WEST EIM
What will the role look like?
Commissioned by West Leeds AIP, the postholder will work across schools and education settings within the West Silc’s catchment. The postholder will provide creative and strength based interventions to young people referred for support due to risks outside the home (CSE/CGE) IT is expected that interventions will enable young people to overcome barriers and to reengage with education and learning.
What we are looking for?
The post holder will be expected to provide mentoring and intensive support for young people referred to the service. Provide access to a range of interventions that are planned around the needs of the young person. This could include group work, one to one support and access to holiday activities. Support the wider family as required, strengthening attachments and improving relationships. And advocate with schools and other professionals involved.

About the service:
Oak house is a mental health crisis recovery house. We offer support for those in crisis from a range of 3-7 days. We are a five bedroom facility, with 24 hour staffing. Day staff work in a shift pattern of earlies, days and lates. Waking night staff cover a ten hour period.
The people we support are central to everything we do. Each person who uses our services is a unique individual and they all deserve to be treated as such. As such, the responsibilities may vary from day to day.

The Role:

The Medical CPD and Practitioner Development Lead will work collaboratively with the Clinical Services Lead to ensure that the Medical CPD programme and Practitioner Development provision meet the relevant medical governance requirements, are business relevant, cost effective and designed to optimise both the sustainable health of the players and the performance of the supported squads.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Clinical Practitioner Development of employed and contracted medical services staff, supporting delivery of performance objectives. Not limited to but will include a programme of:
- Three F2F Medical Services Team CPD Meetings per year (typically held at Allianz Stadium)
- Monthly virtual MDT CPD Meetings
- Regular Case Based discussions (typically virtual)
- Bespoke F2F CPD opportunities
- Supporting the Virtual clinical team
- Support the Clinical Services Lead in the organisation of PRD medical team clinical reviews following competition phases
- Collaborative responsibility (with the PRD Clinical Services Lead) for updating the Medical Services Resources SharePoint and maintaining medical resources
- Where workload allows, supporting the Clinical Services Lead in the development of PRD Medical Protocols and Procedures
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
