We’re looking for individuals to help us forge this new path within the sports-tech industry.
After onboarding and training, the successful applicants will spend time in at least two different areas of Customer Success — Membership and Sales, Product and Logistics — gaining valuable exposure to different areas of business operations.
The successful applicants will spend up to three months based in our accommodation and office in Innsbruck, the capital of the beautiful North Tyrol region and a world-renowned snowsports destination.
Here, they’ll be provided with accommodation in our company flat in the city, with easy access to various resorts in Austria.
It’s a fun opportunity to live, work and ski with senior members of the team and gain exposure to the wider business and day-to-day operations.
Outside time based in Austria, work will be based in our London office in Vauxhall, where we have a flexible work policy.
We have two internship phasings: September 2026 — March 2027 and November 2026 — April 2027
In the role, you will:
Process and respond to customer queries through all Carv communication channels
Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product queries and general customer concerns
Be at the forefront, helping to devise solutions and suggest improvements to any issues under the customer experience umbrella
Be part of a team of interns to help drive success by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers Work on cases with other departments while in specific rotations
Work closely with the Product team, providing a direct impact on the business from day one
Ideal candidate:
We’re looking for outgoing, customer-focused individuals, with the ability to produce high quality work both as part of a team and under their own initiative.
Previous experience working in a customer-facing role would be advantageous, but is not required.
A knack for problem-solving however, is a must.
We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and effective solution to each problem.
The successful candidates for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer success policies and be well-trained in product knowledge — critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
This role would be ideal for individuals who have just graduated university and are looking to spend their winter in the Alps, while also gaining insight into the fast-paced, dynamic work environment of a successful sports-tech startup.
We're looking for someone who:

Thrives in a fast-moving and evolving work environment Is computer literate, with good knowledge of Google Docs, Excel and Slides, as well as the confidence to get to grips quickly with internal software systems
Advantageous, but not required:
A skier with a love of the great outdoors and some knowledge of ski technique and equipment

Location
The internship will be based from our London office, a short walk from Vauxhall.
When based in London we have a hybrid work policy to allow a flexible approach to working both from home and the office.
The internship will also include assigned time in Innsbruck, Austria during the ski season.
Innsbruck is a vibrant and well-connected university town with ski resorts all over the local area — known as the “heart of the Alps” and the perfect mountain base.
Duration
Two phasings, one from September 2026 to March 2027 — and the other from November 2026 until April 2027.
This role is 37.5 hours per week worked on a rota with the other interns.
This will include evening and weekend shifts.

The Chiltern Society has investable funds of approximately £800,000. These are presently managed by an Investment Committee comprising four Trustees (The Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer and another Trustee).
These funds are all managed by reputable institutions and are invested in a diversified portfolio of equity and cash-based funds all been chosen after due assessment of investment risk, the prospect for income generation and the potential for long-term capital growth
To further calibrate the strategic thinking of the Investment Committee, the committee would now welcome the input of an individual who would be willing to serve as an External Member in an advisory capacity. The role, which would be non-remunerable, is not envisaged to be unduly onerous –but more rather to act as a ‘critical friend’.
We are therefore seeking an individual who is prepared to challenge and test the Committee’s assumptions and to otherwise guide the thinking underlying the Society’s investment strategy. In terms of commitment the Investment Committee typically meets twice a year, with meetings often held via Teams.
We would expect that the External Member to have a demonstrable record of contributing to investment strategies of organisations operating in the not-for-profit or charitable sector.

Your role at BRE
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join BRE as a Senior QA Engineer, taking the lead in establishing a new QA function and helping us build both the team and our capabilities in this area. This role will also be responsible for defining quality standards, shaping BRE’s QA strategy and leading testing activities across our applications, including the BREEAM Platform.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Define and maintain quality standards across all BRE software development activities.

Develop and implement BRE’s QA strategy, including determining when to automate tests and when to apply manual testing.

Establish the tools, frameworks and processes used for testing across the organisation.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, product owners and other stakeholders throughout the agile development process.

Lead, manage and mentor other QA Engineers within the team.

Conduct hands‑on testing of BRE applications, including new features delivered through the product roadmap.

Support the delivery of risk‑based testing to improve efficiency and catch defects early.

Contribute to predictable, high‑quality software releases by ensuring issues are identified before reaching customers
What we are looking for

You'll visit people in their homes to carry out vital research interviews on important topics like health, housing and transport. Using a tablet or laptop, you'll guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain.
This is not a desk job. You'll be out in your community, knocking on doors. People receive a letter beforehand, but they're not always expecting you. Some won't answer. Others will say no. That's completely normal and part of the role.
But when someone says yes and shares their story? You'll know you've helped create change that improves people's lives.
What you'll earn
£20-£30 per interview (typically), plus: • Admin fees and holiday pay (12.1%) • Travel time at £4.68/hour (most projects) for travel to the area you are working in • Mileage at 36p per mile (up to 10,000 miles) • £250 bonus after your launch, then £250 more at two months and four months
Average hourly rate: £15.12 (including holiday pay), with experienced interviewers earning more.
