Emergency critical care service – our three airbases play a pivotal role in delivering rapid critical prehospital emergency medical care, by ensuring that residents across the Midlands region have access to a network of air ambulance helicopters within 10 minutes. We are seeking 2x outstanding candidates to join our Brand New store in Market Drayton. To assist the Shop Manager with all aspects of the charity shop, including volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and take responsibility of managing the shop on a Sunday and when the shop manager is absent. Please note you may be required to work some weekends.About you
You will have experience of supervising and working within the charity or not for profit sectors alongside significant retail knowledge and experience. Demonstrating emotional intelligence, it is essential that you are a strong team player and can inspire and motivate those around you. You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise as well as bringing excellent communication skills with the confidence to provide excellent customer service internally and externally. As the role may involve lone working applicants should be over 18 years of age. Commercial Assistant

Starting Salary: £22,256 per annum 

Job Type: Permanent

Working pattern: 35 hours per week. Monday-Thursday in our Head Office in Lancaster, work from home on Fridays (flexible working options will be considered)

Where would you fit in?

Are you an organised, proactive communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey with us. In this varied and fast‑paced role, you’ll work closely with our Commercial, Finance, Quality and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate registrations, and consistently high service standards. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by contributing to our sales and retention success.

In order to succeed as a Commercial Assistant, you will:

• Keep customer and centre information accurate, updated, and well‑managed across systems and inboxes.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service to support retention.

• Lead centre onboarding and approval processes, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

• Monitor registrations, chase outstanding actions, and highlight upsell or new business opportunities.

• Support the wider commercial and customer service teams, including webinars, calls, and process improvements.
