Job Purpose:
The Head of Manson Unit Resources (HoMU) will support the DoMU and Deputy DoMU with strategic planning and implementation of activities. The HoMU will lead on the vision and strategy of the Manson Unit to include capacity management and team development.
Working collaboratively with the DoMU and the DDoMU, the HoMU will manage business portfolio and partnership management and contract negotiation; financial forecasting, management, and reporting, with a budget of £4 million.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A recognised qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration.
- Extensive experience of Business Administration working at senior management level in a complex, international and geographically dispersed organisation, to include knowledge of general business practices.
- Demonstrable experience of budget planning and financial management.
- Ability to proactively identify key issues, think ahead, anticipate needs, and use judgement to adapt solutions to meet situational needs.
- Demonstrable event management experience – in person and virtual.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, face-to-face and over the telephone at all levels.
- High level of competency with the MS Office suite (e.g. Outlook SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in the practical use of personal IT equipment. The ability to effectively collaborate and communicate within a hybrid working environment utilising Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Yammer.

The role:
We are looking for an individual who can commit to collecting surplus food from designated shops in the local area twice weekly for us to offer to those accessing our service in need of food.
Role Requirements
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

- Ability to carry food containers as required (training will be provided)
Tasks may include:
- Collect surplus food from partner locations (e.g. shops, cafés, schools, events) at agreed times, these may be in Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Torquay or Paignton depending on availability.
- Transport food safely to the designated drop-off point
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling guidelines at all times
- Represent the organisation positively when interacting with partners and the public

You’ll be working from our Morden office and covering Morden, Mitcham, Wimbledon, Raynce Park and Tooting and surrounding areas
This role will mainly be responsible for deep clean operations and the occasional bulk collections. Working in a team you will share driving responsibilities of a 3.5-ton bulk truck or a panel van and trailer when needed to go to and from our sites, and as such you must be willing to learn schedules and daily routes. Full training and mentoring will be provided.
In addition to managing work schedules and maintaining records you’ll be able to use a range of tools and carry out cleaning tasks and monitor estate activity. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a ‘can do’ mentality.
You need to be able to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated to organise your own time effectively. You will need to be proactive in your daily activities and aware of safe working practices. You’ll have the ability to deal with members of the public, staff and community representatives in a courteous, effective and professional manner.

Location: Office base 230b Belmont Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT4 2AW. Travel is required across Northern Ireland.
This is a hybrid working role – We place value on colleagues spending time together at our office base on a regular basis, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
Salary: £36,427.87 - £48,749.06

Orchestra Manager
Job Description
Birmingham Royal Ballet (BRB) is one of the world’s leading touring ballet companies. Our mission is to reach out and move people with great ballet and music; tour world-class ballet to the widest possible audiences; create new works that reflect the world we live in; and release the creative potential in people of all ages and backgrounds.
The Orchestra Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Royal Ballet Sinfonia. This includes all fixing, logistical arrangements and scheduling. They will be required to attend the majority of all rehearsals, recording sessions and performances.

Main duties of the job

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
- Willing to provide an appropriate level of care and support to clients, in accordance with their care plan including personal care.
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate written and numerical records
- Ability to undertake a wide range of personal care and domestic duties (specific to each service)
- Able to carry out the physical requirements of the role including but not limited to climbing stairs/using hoists/pushing wheelchairs/moving people/night work. *Adjustments will be considered in line with the Equality Act where these criteria cannot be met due to a disability
- Understand or willing to learn how to use computer packages (such as Word, Outlook and the Internet) and to undertake relevant training and qualification in care if required.
- Able to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Able to liaise and communicate effectively with carers, families, inspectors and other external stakeholders
