As our Clinical Manager in Outpatients, you’ll be a clinically registered professional with post‑registration experience in an Outpatients or similar acute setting. You’ll bring strong leadership capability ideally gained in a Team Leader or equivalent role along with the confidence to guide, support, and develop a high‑performing clinical team. Above all, you’re also dedicated to providing the highest standard of care.

who will manage a group of IGD’s most strategically important clients - comprising FMCG Manufacturers operating in the packaged foods/beverages space.
What you’ll do
Commercial and financial
- Delivery of agreed renewal revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Ongoing development of assigned accounts to agreed service levels
- Drive new business opportunities for the sales team – this will be via our Consulting Team and also upselling current subscription products.
- Accurate forecasting, sales projection and pipeline management
Client leadership
- Be a key contact for clients and an expert in IGD’s total proposition
- Responsible for client relationships from the point of purchase. Manage ongoing engagement with regular meaningful communications to ensure retention and enhance value for clients
- Present IGD services via online demos and face to face meetings
- Provide high quality client feedback to support product development
- Develop strong client relationships to effectively upsell and cross sell other IGD products and services which meets the client needs

As we enter an exciting new phase, delivering our new three-year rolling strategy, we are now seeking a Senior Commercial Manager. This is a pivotal role, reporting to the Head of Innovation and Development, with responsibility for the effective operational delivery of all commercial activities. These include the globally recognised Vegan Trademark, product and supplement ranges, promotional products and merchandise. The postholder will manage four departmental managers, oversee a team of around 30 staff, and share accountability for a commercial income budget of approximately £4.5m.
About you
You will bring:
- Operational Delivery:Oversee the delivery of all commercial operations, ensuring KPIs, service standards and financial targets are met, while championing exceptional customer and client service experiences. Drive operational excellence through the review and improvement of systems, workflows and service delivery models.
- Leadership and People Management:Lead and coach four managers, embedding a culture of accountability, collaboration and high-performance.
- Financial Management:Accountability for meeting growth, income and expenditure targets in line with budgets, and monitoring and reporting against performance.
- Strategic Support:Support in the development and implementation of the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall organisational strategy and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Provide clear performance reporting and operational insight to senior leadership, contributing to planning and decision-making.
- General:Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, intellectual property and audit requirements, protecting brand integrity in UK and international markets.
While experience of working in a mission-led or not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous, it is not essential. However, motivation by cause and strong alignment with the values and mission of The Vegan Society is essential.

Do you have excellent clinical and managerial skills and experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop and support a front-line clinical team? We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals to lead our clinical team and provide supervision and organisational support to this core function of our children and young people’s (CYP) mental health service.
The role of Clinical Team Manager is to manage and support a range of clinicians and therapeutic practitioners in the delivery of high-quality, low-intensity psychological interventions. The teams managed within this role may include those responsible for waiting list coordination, as well as Systemic Therapists, Counsellors, CBT Therapists, and Play Therapists, among others. This role will also include holding a clinical caseload.
Ormiston Families has held the contract to deliver mental health services to young people and families for over a decade. We offer high quality 1:1 therapy, group and early intervention programmes to children and young people between the ages of 4-18 who experience social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. We also offer parent led interventions and family-based support. We work collaboratively across an innovative alliance of partner providers in the processing of referrals for those aged 0-25, sharing expertise, learning and resources.
Your clinical and management skills will help us develop and lead our diverse clinical teams which include trainees, early career professionals, developing practitioners and highly experienced clinicians. These skills will ensure we can provide a responsive, high-quality service. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as external stakeholders. As a valued member of our management team, you will help us to ensure the service runs smoothly and provide effective leadership and management of clinical staff and resources. We’re looking for someone who is organised, forward-thinking, has plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and works well in a team. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Your base location will be our hub in central Norwich, and likely to include travel across the county.

The roleThe Assistant Manager will assist the manager in the day to day running of the Hub, overseeing the smooth running of the shop in their absence and ensuring set sales and profit targets are met.
Key duties include:
- Maximising sales and minimising costs, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations and contributing towards an environment that protects all staff, volunteers and public.
- Maintaining high standards of display both through the shop window and internally, ensuring good housekeeping, organisation and cleanliness throughout.
- Generating, selecting and pricing donated stock to consistent levels, managing van collections and organising the stockroom to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Ensuring that the Hub is adequately staffed at all times via paid staff and volunteers. This will include actively recruiting volunteers and assisting the Manager in training and development for the paid and voluntary team.
- Assisting in the smooth management of the Hub’s services such as managing bookings for the treatment rooms.
The role is 90% shop floor and stockroom based and 10% administration with occasional attendance at the charity’s National Centre for ad-hoc staff meetings.
Candidates will have proven retail and customer services experience with knowledge of merchandising and displays, cash handling, banking and associated processes. They will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an interest in fashion. Flexibility is essential as is the ability to work as part of a wider team. Most importantly, candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Penny Brohn ethos and have a passion to support the work of the charity.
