FitzRoy Support at Home Norfolk provides personalised, community‑based support to adults with learning and physical disabilities in their own homes across Norwich and the surrounding areas. We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, wishes, and goals. No two days are the same, and flexibility is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting people to build independence and confidence
Assisting with daily living skills, including travel training and meal planning
Encouraging participation in community activities, work, or education
Providing consistent, friendly, and reliable support

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A positive, caring attitude — no previous social care experience required
