About the Programme This intensive programme is designed to develop the next generation of fashion makers, as they create a capsule collection, combining world-class artisanal expertise, sustainable design, and a commitment to craftsmanship. Open to graduates in Fashion Design and Fashion Technology, the eight-month residential fellowship will be based at the studio environment at Dumfries House. Fellows will be immersed in the complete creative journey—designing, handcrafting, and presenting their work—culminating in the creation of a capsule collection. On completion of the collections student will then work on a final portfolio look showcasing the skills developed in the programme. At the heart of this new programme lies a dedication to the sustainable evolution of luxury. Students will explore the creative interface between skills, materials, making, and design, developing expertise in areas including handcrafting, sewing, pattern drafting, and quality control. About Momentum
Momentum is a programme by We Are Parable, and supported by Channel 4 and Sony Pictures Television UK, designed to support Black British filmmakers and content creators with mentoring, mental health support and access to industry professionals.
Momentum, which is funded by 4Skills, Channel 4’s nationwide training and development programme, has worked with over 140 filmmakers Black British creatives from around the UK since its inception in 2020, offering them a six-month development programme that includes mentoring from leading film and television executives, mental health wellbeing workshops, access to industry experts and the opportunity to pitch to commissioners.
Previous participants have included Adura Onashile (Girl) and Imafidon Gift Jesurobo-Owie (All the Colours of the World are between Black and White).
This year’s programme will run from Spring 2026 until February 2027 and will welcome another 30 filmmakers and content creators. Find out more.
Role and responsibilities
The Project Coordinator is the first point of contact for the programme and will be required to:
- Attend stakeholders’ fortnightly meetings (TBC) and team meetings (Wednesday mornings) minute take and follow up on actions
- Support the Project Manager to assign mentors to mentees
- Oversee onboarding and introductions, and answering any project related enquiries
- Coordinate event logistics for regional Momentum meet up events, masterclasses, mental health sessions and end of year showcase, includes booking venues and technical equipment (if needed)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders to ensure seamless event experiences for attendees
- Collate end of programme surveys and contribute to project reports
- Contribute to creating engaging content for social media to profile the filmmakers
- Devise a bi-monthly Momentum newsletter, research alumni success stories (interviews), industry opportunities, what’s coming up
- Update Momentum website page and microsite
- Track the performance of the programme, capturing filmmakers’ development and key
successes - General administration linked to the project (responding to emails from mentors/mentees, minute taking/ sending e-invites/ creating guestlists and tracking RSVP’s / maintaining events calendars)
- Oversee monitoring of project expenses – filmmakers bursary and guest speakers travel
- Book all relevant travel and accommodation (if required) for team and guest speakers

This role is Pivotal in supporting the growth and development of SOL Connect.
Job Purpose
The Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and confidently within their own homes. This position combines technical capability with a compassionate, person centred approach, ensuring that technology is used effectively to enhance wellbeing, reduce risk, and promote independence.
The postholder will install and configure TEC equipment, carry out home assessments, and contribute to risk assessments and personalised TEC support plans. Working closely with operational teams, health and social care professionals, and service users, the TEC Coordinator ensures that the most appropriate technology solutions are identified, implemented, and maintained to meet individual needs.
To be successful in this role, candidates should bring practical experience in community-based support, housing, health, or social care settings, along with confidence in using and troubleshooting digital devices or assistive technologies. A recognised qualification in health, social care, housing, or a related technical field is desirable, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in people’s homes. Full training on TEC equipment will be provided, but an aptitude for learning new technology and a commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals are essential.
Work Pattern
9am - 5pm - Monday to Friday, occasional On Call Duties providing support out of hours.

The Senior Deputy Head plays a central role in the strategic leadership, organisation and day-to-day running of the College, working in close partnership with the Head and other members of the Senior Leadership Team. The Role
Responsible for the effective daily operation of the College, the Senior Deputy Head will ensure that systems, routines and expectations are clearly understood and consistently applied by pupils and staff. The role includes deputising for the Head as required and acting as a key point of reference for the Senior Leadership Team and Common Room.
The post-holder will have oversight of all aspects of College life, including school organisation, pastoral matters, staff management and major events. Main Responsibilities:
1. To support the delivery of safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions.
2. To promote and maintain Family Time arrangements that are agreed between all parties including respecting the wishes of children and young people.
3. To ensure you have an understanding of, and comply with, Family Action’s and Hertfordshire’s procedures for promoting and safeguarding the welfare and safety of children and vulnerable adults, undertaking risk assessments before each session ensuring that the risks identified by Social Workers are mitigated.
4. To assess the quality of parenting observed during Family Time, ensuring that the key areas for observation identified by the Social Worker are addressed, and use this evidence to complete detailed and timely reports as required by the court and/or principal social worker.
5. To ensure that all supervised sessions are managed to ensure as positive experience for the children and young people as possible.
6. To recognise any risks of harm and intervene appropriately to de-escalate the risks or bring in additional support as required to safeguard the children.
7. To keep records of your work using Family Action systems, adhere to confidentiality, information sharing protocols and risk assessment processes.
8. To have the ability to travel to supervised sessions in other area’s (when required).
9. To contribute to the collection, recording and analysis of information required by commissioners, judiciary, principal social worker and Family Action and provide accurate reports as necessary.
10. To participate in personal supervision, funded training and appraisal processes to ensure your knowledge skills and practice is of a high standard.

Membership Services Account Advisor
As a key member of the Membership Services team, you will be the first point of contact for a specific portfolio of members, ensuring exceptional support throughout their lifecycle.
