About the Role
As an Enhanced Care team Recovery Coordinator, you will be employed by Waythrough to support higher need service users who are unable to progress their timeframe due to their multiple-needs. Multiple needs include but not limited to; chronic physical health, comorbidities, financial issues, memory/cognitive impairment, age, housing, limited social support and other multi-agency support needs.
This is an interesting and rewarding role where you will have the flexibility to complete greater levels of outreach and go to service users to reduce barriers to engagement, support them to engage with specialist services, bring the intensive support and interventions to the individuals and enhance positive outcomes through this flexible working.
What You’ll Do
The post holder will provide holistic support to adult service users to support their drug / alcohol treatment. Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Assess and engage with those individuals identified to have multiple needs who require a more flexible way of working including outreach support to reduce identified barriers to engagement with mainstream support in a service setting due to their identified additional needs.
- Manage a service user caseload and review on going care and treatment liaising closely with the full range of specialist workers within the multi-agency team, including family members and significant others, as appropriate.
- The role will include but is not restricted to conducting home visits, supporting clients to appointments with various services/specialisms as well as meeting individuals in the community.
- To exercise excellent communication skills and therapeutic skills when dealing with Service Users, Carers, and Caring agencies.
- To work closely and in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team from across the Forward Leeds partnership and externally providing advice and guidance to managers and other colleagues, through attendance at reviews, team meetings and group supervision and via the telephone.

Ardingly College has an exciting opportunity for two full time Duty Managers with RYA Senior Instructor qualificationss to join Ardingly Activity Centre.
The role will be full time from March through to the end of October.
The Activity Centre is a busy reservoir-based multi-activity centre set in a picturesque 240 acres of British countryside.
The Activity Centre has a need for a minimum of two full time senior instructors to engage in a number of key roles in the centre.
The role consists of leading by example to guide instructors with day to dayday-to-day operations, providing tuition themselves in activities including sailing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing and winging whilst also providing a front of house presence for public hire activities to a wider range of ages and abilities.
The role will include training to become a Duty Manager, who will be the key personnel for the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working at an outdoor activity centre or similar and have the required qualifications to instruct any of the above roles. They should have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are also key skills for this role.

About the Role:

Additional payments - 25% pay enhancement for all weekend hours worked and sleep-in payment of £100.80 for any sleep shifts worked.
Working Pattern – 16 hours per week, to be worked over 2 days which includes a sleep-in.
- Actual hours per shift are to start at 10am through to 11pm. Sleep-in hours are 11pm through to 7am. The shift resumes the next morning from 7am through to 10am.
- This shift is part of a full staff rota and therefore the shift could be on any day of the week (including weekends).
You will be asked to take on some extra shifts to cover holiday's so applicants must be able to do some additional hours.
