Where in Wellcome will I be working?
We’re looking for someone with broad experience in Market Access, ideally within the context of mental health, who understands the full journey of bringing new health products to people, from discovery and development to uptake and sustainable implementation. You’ll bring a strategic and analytical mindset, strong technical skills, and an ability to navigate complexity across public and private sector partnerships, including issues around commercial models, intellectual property and policy. What will I be doing?
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of market access strategies for existing and new mental health interventions, from medicines and digital tools to psychosocial supports. By embedding access planning across the full lifecycle of product development, you will ensure that the most promising innovations are positioned to achieve real-world impact at scale
You will also contribute to shaping the vision and practice of market access within the Mental Health Programme, building approaches that integrate with wider work on health systems, financing and economic analysis. We are seeking a Director of Admissions and Marketing to join us in a newly established role that offers a significant opportunity for an innovative, dynamic, and driven professional to play a key part in the school’s future. As United Kingdom School of the Decade, Brighton College Prep School is embarking on an exciting new development. Working closely with the Headmaster, this role will be part of the Senior Management Team (SMT). The Director of Admissions and Marketing will provide strategic leadership in shaping and advancing the school’s profile and brand identity. The postholder will take responsibility for designing, developing and executing the school’s admissions and marketing strategies - strengthening our already renowned brand and championing Brighton College Prep School.
The Director of Admissions and Marketing will oversee the strategic planning and delivery of all aspects of admissions and marketing, ensuring recruitment and retention targets are achieved whilst delivering high calibre communications. The role will involve strengthening engagement with both prospective families and the wider school community, and cultivating strong, lasting partnerships with current families that contribute to the continued retention, growth and success of the school.
Main Duties and Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management- Line manage and work in close partnership with the Head of Admissions and Head of Marketing to ensure alignment and delivery.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Larkfield Leisure Centre team. Hours will include weekdays and weekends, day shifts and evenings.
As a Recreation Assistant, you are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety of our swimmers and delivering an excellent customer experience. This will include inspecting facilities for cleanliness, complete general pool cleaning and maintenance duties at regular points throughout your shift. You will also be required to ensure swimmers follow safe swimming practice, enforce and adhere to pool rules and regulations.
Candidates should ideally hold a current NPLQ or have the ability to pass the qualification. Training for this can be provided for the right candidate.
You will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users. You may also be required to provide coaching and teaching services to customers.
