Residential Living Support Worker
Hours: Permanent positions available with flexible options – 21, 35, or 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as part of a supportive rota.
Pay: £12.21 per hour (with enhanced rates of £12.60 on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays).

Learning and Development Trainer
Location: Market Overton, Rutland
Hours: 24 Hours per week to be worked to meet the required training needs
Salary: Up to £27,242.02 per annum (pro rata, based on Point 9 of The Lodge Trust pay scale at 40 hours per week).

We are looking for a a friendly, adaptable, committed and experienced member of staff to join our Staff Development and Training team at The Lodge Trust.
A role at The Lodge Trust can be hugely rewarding. A flexible and team focused approach will be essential for the successful applicant; you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective and relevant training courses that equip our staff to deliver the highest standards of care.
What you’ll be doing:

Ensuring an agreed range of training courses are delivered to both staff and where required, to Service Users

Preparing materials for effective and efficient training

Ensuring Induction is delivered in such a way that new staff have a thorough, safe and effective start at the Lodge Trust and this is appropriately recorded.

Ensuring personal competencies and qualifications are kept current in the types of training being delivered.

Sending updates for training records and matrices following the delivery of training
What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 2 year's experience within Adult Social Care
- Experience in delivering and evaluating training, ideally in Adult Social Care

Experience working with adults with learning disabilities

Effective trainer and communicator with strong facilitation skills

The Lodge Trust CIO is seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused HR & Operations Lead to join our Support Services team. This is a key role overseeing HR administration, recruitment, front office management, and internal communications, ensuring our organisation runs smoothly and professionally while reflecting our values in every interaction.
You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, residents, visitors, and applicants, and will play a vital role in shaping the experience of those who work with and for The Lodge Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, absence monitoring, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support recruitment processes from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination.
- Lead front office operations, supervising and developing the part-time receptionist.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, newsletters, and website updates.
- Compile HR metrics and reports for the HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
- Maintain confidentiality and act as a professional ambassador for The Lodge Trust.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experiencein HR administration, office management, or similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proven team playerwith apositive, solution-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeis a must and familiar with HR systems; experience usingCanvaand social media for organisational promotion is an advantage.
